Shipping Policy

We currently offer free ground shipping on online orders of $750 or more within the Montreal area and surrounding regions. This offer will be applied automatically at checkout — you don’t need to enter a promotional code. Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Zone: At this time, Sukkah Wholesale only ships to customers in the Montreal area and its surrounding regions. Orders placed outside this delivery zone cannot be processed for shipping.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order from the Website. Most items leave our premises within 1-3 days. We will send you another email with tracking information.

 

Return Policy

Sukkah Wholesale does not accept returns unless a product is broken or defective upon delivery.

If an item is received damaged or defective, it will be exchanged for a new item free of charge, or a credit will be applied, depending on the manufacturer's policy. Customers must notify Sukkah Wholesale within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.

Custom-made items, special orders, and products that are not defective or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
